Patch 21

More updates! Farming crystals in Shame, new quests, new commands, a moderate boost to the rate of training animal taming, and more.

Major Updates

• Creatures in Shame have a chance to drop Shame crystals. Double click these crystals to accumulate points. The points are used to summon a guardian by double clicking each of the three guardian altars in the dungeon. The guardians increase in difficult as you descend. Each guardian drops a unique item; the three items are combined to make an item that is used to add +1 self repair to weapons, armor, and jewelry, up to +5 self repair per item.

• Several quests that start at town criers have been added. Double click a town crier to see a list of news articles. Most of the news articles have a button to start the associated quest. These quests mainly help direct you to various new things to do.

• Taming now has passive gains. Gain taming WHILE you tame, not just at success/failure.

Minor Updates

• Implemented a "[New Player]" overhead title for accounts less than 45 days old. If you wish to hide this title, use the [ShowNewPlayer command. New player accounts can access the new player dungeon, which is a mine located to the south of Ocllo.

• Added the [FactionsOptIn command. Once opted in to the temporary Factions participant system, performing a beneficial action on a Factions member while they are actively participating in combat with another Factions member will flag you for Factions combat. Being in a city or entering a city during a Factions battle will flag you for Factions combat. Flagging allows Faction members to freely attack, kill, and loot your character. If not opted in, players not in Factions will not be able to perform beneficial or harmful actions to Factions members.

• The alchemist at the Sea Market sells the items needed to learn glassblowing and how to mine for sand.

• Coconut crabs have been spawned on some of the tropical islands.
